Tips for Connecting to Our Live Broadcasts

Successful connection will occur only while the LIVE BROADCAST is actually being broadcasted. Normally the time listed (in Pacific Standard Time) is our Broadcast time, however, there are times when our broadcast may not start on time due to net traffic or technical difficulties.
Try Reloading the Current Page
- Windows: Click the Reload/Refresh Icon while pressing the "Cntrl" key
- Macintosh: Click the Reload/Refresh Icon while pressing the "Option" key
Try connecting again in in a few minutes
You are connected to our live broadcast, but Net Congestion slows or stops the video/audio connection.
- Press the "Pause" button on the RealPlayer and press Play again
- Press the "Stop" button on the RealPlayer and press Play again. This should connect you to the broadcast stream again.
